For Developers
Imagery That Has to Sell Before the Building Is Finished
Sales galleries, investor decks, off-plan campaigns and branded residences across the UAE and GCC.
01 — The Approach
Developer photography carries commercial weight that portfolio work does not. The same asset has to hold a sales gallery wall at two metres wide, survive compression in an investor deck, populate a broker pack, and stay credible next to the render it replaces. JohnsEye plans developer commissions around those endpoints — resolution and crop discipline first, then the sequencing a buyer actually moves through: approach, arrival, amenity, view, unit, detail. The work spans towers, mixed-use schemes, branded residences and hospitality assets across the Emirates and the wider Gulf, with coverage staged from construction progress through show-unit launch to completed handover. Architectural commissions such as UNStudio's Wasl Tower sit in the same portfolio as proof of how tall buildings and complex facades are handled, though that commission came through the practice rather than the developer.

02 — Why JohnsEye
Why development teams brief JohnsEye directly.
Built for Sales Environments
Files are captured and delivered with large-format sales gallery print in mind, so a hero frame holds at wall scale rather than being upscaled at the last minute.
Investor-Deck Discipline
Consistent aspect ratios, clean negative space for overlaid text and compression-tolerant edits, so a deck stays legible after it has been emailed twice.
Pre-Completion Coverage
Progress, structure and show-unit photography staged across the build, giving campaigns real imagery before handover.
Credible Alongside Renders
Perspective, colour and material are held honest, which matters most when photography has to sit beside the CGI that sold the scheme.
Site-Ready Production
Inductions, PPE, permits and contractor coordination handled as standard, with a compact crew that does not stop the programme.
Multi-Party Licensing
Rights structured across developer, contractor, architect and operator in writing, so a launch is never delayed by a permissions question.

03 — The Process
Staged from site to launch.
- 01
Commercial Brief
We start from where the images are used — gallery, deck, broker pack, OTA, press — and work the coverage list back from those formats.
- 02
Recce & Staging Plan
Vantage points, permits, airspace feasibility and the build programme are mapped into a phased shooting calendar.
- 03
Production Phases
Construction progress, show unit and completed-asset visits are shot as separate stages so marketing is never waiting on handover.
- 04
Curation
A tight commercial edit selected against each endpoint, with alternates held for regional and channel variations.
- 05
Delivery & Licensing
Print, gallery, deck and web packages delivered with documented rights for every party named in the agreement.

05 — Questions
Developer commissions, answered.
Renders open the conversation. Photography is what closes it — and it has to be ready before the sales gallery opens.
